Return Policy

 

The return policy is well defined to address the authenticated and the undisputed queries only

 

We are not offering any cancellation against of the orders placed.  Please refer shipping policy.  Although, we do replace the water bottles/containers to our customers if there will be manufacturing defects or shipping damages found.  Please find the same in the Replacement Policy.  No Cash Reimbursement against of the product cancellation

 

We at Mr.COPPER are committed in providing best quality products to our customers.  Our quality checks before packaging and shipping ensure that the products have processed through standard quality checks and will reach our customers with best quality.  Although, the damages in transit will be address to ensure that our customers are more important to us

 

Returned items should be unused, should not be washed or soiled or tampered with appropriate labeling and packaging as per the Mr.COPPER standards for returning for replacement. 

 

Replacement Policy

 

You must submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.  Water bottles / Water containers with any manufacturing defects or the defects during the shipping only will be considered.

 

Mr.COPPER guarantees to replace the item purchased on our website if and only if there is any manufacturing defect or transportation damages, providing you return it to us by post in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. The bottle must not be used and should be in the same condition as it was received.  Product must be returned in the original box or packaging.

 

It may take 7 - 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us (depending on your location and which postal service you use).

 

Once we receive your return parcel, it will take 7 working days to investigate and process (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Replacement will depend on the availability of the same product

 

If the Buyer found to replace products which is one of items from a Combo Offer / Product packages / Set of products purchase, the particular damage product will be considered under the replacement based on the product availability.  No Refund and No full set of product category or products through offers / set will be replaced.  Verify the replacement policy

 

All return and replacement policy is void the buyer exceeds the stipulated timeline.  Please refer the timeline for notification through given above  

 

How to return:

 

Step 1 : Contact Customer Care/ Support to register delivered product status without any delay along with the all required Buyer information like Name, Order Number and reason of the return.  Keep the evidence with the pictorial representation

 

Step 2:  The request will be verified and you will be intimated to send the bottles to the mentioned address.  The Address is given below subjected with Return note along with the respect buyer name and active contact number.

Step 3: Ensure the retuning bottle/bottles are well packed and sealed protectively for a safe return. It is mandate that you have to mention order number, Buyer name, contact number along with the all mandate other info for a quick response with the status of the scenario for the damages.

 

The cost involves for the return should be borne by the Buyer

 

Any customs duty or charges will be payable by the customer only, if applicable outside India or any other specific region/complex

 

Step 4: Seek the right courier operator to ship the goods back to Mr.COPPER and the Customers are advised to track the returning goods at their end.  We do not have the “Pick up facility” for products return at the present

 

Points for Approval 

 

Water Bottles / containers with minor scratches / dents are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

We practice with all standard process to manufacture the bottles.  In its course, the negligible scratches/dents are quite common which would not affect health benefits and issues since Copper is a soft metal / material which will undergo the best metallurgist practices as per the Mr.COPPER unique standards 

 

If found the cap / lock of the water bottle defected or not locking smoothly will be replaced with cap only.  Claiming the caps or other connected components after well used will not be replaced
